Easy no-bake pecan pie balls, perfect for a quick dessert fix or holiday gatherings. A bite-sized treat with classic pecan pie flavor!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups pecan halves, finely chopped
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Add the finely chopped pecans and graham cracker crumbs to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until everything is evenly moistened.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the mixture to firm up.
  6. Once chilled, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  7. Place the pecan pie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
