- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups pecan halves, finely chopped
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Add the finely chopped pecans and graham cracker crumbs to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until everything is evenly moistened.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the mixture to firm up.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place the pecan pie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
