Preparation
- Wash and slice cucumbers into 1/4-inch rounds.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls.
- Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, mozzarella, and torn basil leaves in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
- Season the mixture with sea salt and black pepper.
- Gently toss all ingredients until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served fresh, but can be chilled for up to 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
