Preparation
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Mix ranch dressing and minced chipotle peppers in a small bowl to create the chipotle ranch sauce.
- Brush chicken pieces with 2 tablespoons of the sauce and grill for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Let chicken rest for 2 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Spread remaining chipotle ranch sauce on each tortilla.
- Layer each tortilla with sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, black beans, and cilantro.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom to form the burritos.
- Serve immediately with sour cream on the side.
