  • 6 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup diced ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds per side.
  5. Distribute the cooked shrimp among the warm tortillas and top with the prepared mango salsa.
