  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

  4. Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Bring to a simmer and let reduce for 3 minutes.
