  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation
  1. Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the fillets to the skillet and sear for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low, then add the remaining butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice to the pan.
  5. Spoon the melted garlic butter sauce over the fish for 1 to 2 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
