- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Reduce heat to medium-low, then add the remaining butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice to the pan.
- Spoon the melted garlic butter sauce over the fish for 1 to 2 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
