- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced flank steak and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook for another 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli, tossing to coat evenly, and cook for 1-2 minutes until everything is hot and well coated.
Notes
Serve over rice or noodles if desired. Garnish with extra sesame seeds.
