- In a large bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice, shredded surimi, and half of the prepared spicy sauce; mix gently until combined.
- Divide the rice and surimi mixture equally among four serving plates.
- Top each serving with avocado slices, julienned cucumber, green onions, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
- Drizzle the remaining sauce over the top of the salads, garnish with nori strips, and serve immediately.
