  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked 400g
  • 1 cup imitation crab, shredded 150g
  • 1 large avocado, sliced 200g
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, julienned 50g
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar 30ml
  • 1 sheet nori, shredded 2g
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds 15g

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine cooked sushi rice with rice vinegar in a bowl and let cool slightly.
  2. Divide the seasoned rice into serving bowls.
  3. Arrange the shredded imitation crab, sliced avocado, and julienned cucumber on top of the rice.
  4. Garnish with shredded nori and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
  5. Serve immediately at room temperature.

Notes

Ensure the sushi rice is cooled slightly before assembling to keep the avocado and cucumber fresh.
