Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme, mixing gently until combined.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it into a glass baking dish.
- Whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl to create the glaze.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
