  • 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp butter

Preparation
  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Layer chicken, avocado, and cheese on the non-mayo side of one bread slice.
  3. Place the second bread slice on top, mayonnaise side facing out.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
