Preparation
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer chicken, avocado, and cheese on the non-mayo side of one bread slice.
- Place the second bread slice on top, mayonnaise side facing out.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
