  • 4 cups shredded cabbage 400g
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots 60g
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 30g
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise 120ml
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 30ml
  • 1 tbsp sugar 15g
  • 1 tsp celery seeds 5g
  • 1/2 tsp salt 3g
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper 1g

Method
 

Steps
  1. Combine shredded cabbage, carrots, and onion in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Best served chilled. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
