Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large measuring cup to remove any pulp.
- Pour the strained mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4 inch space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely solid.
- Run warm water over the outside of the molds for 10-15 seconds to unmold, then gently pull out the popsicles.
Notes
Store wrapped individually in plastic wrap in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
