  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked 250g
  • 1 cup mayonnaise 240g
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped 10g
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced 75g

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender but firm; drain and cool completely.
  2. Boil macaroni according to package directions, rinse with cold water, and drain well.
  3. Whisk together the mayonnaise and fresh dill in a large bowl.
  4. Gently fold in the cooled potatoes, macaroni, and celery into the dressing mixture.
  5. Chill the salad for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
