Preparation
- Toast the pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant, then chop roughly.
- Combine the chopped apples, toasted pecans, apple juice, maple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well coated and the mixture is slightly moist.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled as part of your Passover Seder plate or as a sweet condiment.
