  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 190g
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 115g
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar 100g
Topping Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 225g
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar 110g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5ml
  • 2 cups assorted sliced fresh strawberries, kiwis, and blueberries 300g

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
  2. Beat the butter and granulated sugar together until fluffy, then stir in the flour to form a dough.
  3. Press the dough evenly into a round pizza pan.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes and allow to cool completely.
  5. Whip the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  7. Arrange the sliced fruits decoratively on top and chill before serving.
