  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls

  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
  2. Combine cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, and torn basil leaves in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
