Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Thinly slice the chicken thighs and toss with oil and paprika.
  3. Arrange the chicken strips tightly on a baking tray.
  4. Roast for 25 minutes until the edges are crispy and browned.
  5. Carefully carve thin slices from the cooked meat.
  6. Serve immediately in warm pita bread with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and garlic sauce.
