Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
Filling
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 package gelatin powder 85g
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Combine Greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Prepare gelatin according to package instructions and gently fold it into the yogurt mixture.
  5. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the yogurt-gelatin mixture.
  6. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until fully set.
  8. Garnish with fresh berries before serving.

Notes

Ensure the gelatin is fully dissolved before folding it into the yogurt mixture to prevent lumps.
