Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350F (175C) and grease a donut pan.
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon together in a medium bowl.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk the melted butter, sugar, egg, and apple cider until well combined.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just incorporated.
- Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe into the prepared donut pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the donuts are set.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan and coating with cinnamon sugar.
