- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
- Shred the chicken directly in the skillet using two forks.
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the shredded chicken and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
- Stir until fully coated and simmer for 5 minutes until the chicken is tender and the sauce is perfectly reduced.
