- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg whites with cream of tartar in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Mix the egg yolks, cottage cheese, almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into 6 mounds on the prepared baking sheet, shaping them into rounds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
