Preparation
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
- Add a small amount of oil and sear the steak cubes until browned on all sides.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic.
- Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter until coated and cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure the skillet is very hot before adding the steak to achieve a golden-brown crust.
