Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions, shape into balls, and poke a hole in the center of each to create a bagel shape.
  5. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Whisk the egg and milk together, then brush the mixture over the tops of the bagels.
  7. Sprinkle the sesame seeds and everything bagel seasoning over the bagels.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  9. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Ensure the cottage cheese is well-drained if it is very wet to maintain dough consistency. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
