Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Place chicken in a dish and pour the marinade over it, refrigerating for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  5. Serve immediately with a garnish of extra lime wedges.
