Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the chicken thighs evenly with olive oil and coat generously with lemon pepper seasoning.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill skin-side down.
  5. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165F (74C) and the skin is golden brown.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
