Sweet Potato Fries
  • 2 large sweet potatoes 600g, cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 15ml
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 5g
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 2.5g
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt 3g
Garlic Yogurt Dip
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 120g
  • 1 clove garlic 3g, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 15ml

Method
 

Fries Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Arrange the seasoned wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
Dip and Serve
  1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Serve the warm fries immediately with the cold garlic yogurt dip.

Notes

For the crispiest results, ensure the sweet potato wedges are spread out in a single layer without crowding the baking sheet.
