Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.

  4. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Flatten the dough portions slightly with a fork.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until set.
  7. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
