Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined square baking dish.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips with 1 tbsp of coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second bursts until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the oat base and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then slice into bars.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
