  • 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter 250g
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 120ml
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder 40g
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats 135g
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 30g
  • 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips 60g

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter and maple syrup until completely smooth.
  2. Stir in the vanilla protein powder, rolled oats, and chia seeds until the mixture is fully combined and forms a dough.
  3. Gently fold in the mini dark chocolate chips.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch (2.5 cm) bite-sized balls.
  5. Place the bites on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.
