- Combine rolled oats and almond butter in a bowl and press the mixture into the bottom of silicone muffin liners.
- Whisk the Greek yogurt and protein powder in a separate bowl until the mixture is smooth.
- Spoon the yogurt mixture evenly over the prepared oat base in each liner.
- Top each cup with fresh diced strawberries.
- Freeze the cups for 2 hours until firm, then serve chilled.
