  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries 150g
  • 150 g grilled chicken breast sliced
Toppings and Dressing
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese 30g
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds 16g

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice it into thin strips.
  2. Combine the fresh baby spinach and mixed berries in a large salad bowl.
  3. Top the greens with the sliced grilled chicken, crumbled goat cheese, and sliced almonds.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette right before serving and toss gently.
