Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish and stir in potatoes, carrots, beef broth, tomatoes, thyme, paprika, and black pepper.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Ensure all vegetables are cut into uniform sizes for even cooking. Serve warm with crusty bread.
