  • 2 cups rolled oats 200g
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries 150g
  • 1/2 cup milk 120ml
  • 1/4 cup honey 60g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5g
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 5g
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2.5g
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold the blueberries into the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
