Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
- Combine cottage cheese, eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold the blueberries into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
