Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease two ramekins.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  4. Stir in the dark chocolate chips if using.
  5. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains slightly soft.
  7. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving warm.
