- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta until al dente, reserving half a cup of pasta water.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked and drain any excess fat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Lower the heat, pour in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until a smooth sauce forms.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency, and serve immediately.
