  • 1 lb chicken pieces cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full-fat
  • 1/2 cup cucumber grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • fresh mint or parsley optional garnish

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir the mixture well until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and fold until the chicken is fully coated with the sauce.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint or parsley if desired.

Notes

Best served chilled. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
