Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
- Melt the mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl, then mix thoroughly with the almond flour and egg to form a cohesive dough.
- Roll the dough into a rectangular sheet on a piece of parchment paper.
- Spread the sugar-free pizza sauce evenly over the dough, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and layer the turkey pepperoni slices on top.
- Carefully roll the dough into a tight log and slice into even rounds.
- Place the rounds on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and firm.
