Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.

- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a 12-inch circle.
- Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute the shredded chicken and caramelized onions evenly over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, cool for 2-3 minutes, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve.
