Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chips.
- Scatter the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and black olives over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Remove the tray from the oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
- Add dollops of sour cream and guacamole over the top.
- Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
