Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the softened butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and peach nectar to the mixture and beat until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the flour until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
