  • 2 cups all-purpose flour 250g
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened, 115g
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar 100g
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons peach nectar 30ml

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the softened butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and peach nectar to the mixture and beat until well combined.
  4. Gradually mix in the flour until a soft dough forms.
  5. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
