  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Cooking Steps
  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Whisk together teriyaki sauce, olive oil, honey, ginger, and garlic in a medium bowl.
  3. Toss chicken pieces in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.
  6. Grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Brush with remaining marinade during the final 2 minutes of grilling.
