Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Add the chicken pieces to the yogurt mixture and toss until each piece is evenly coated.
- Transfer the chicken and sauce into a glass baking dish, spreading it out into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the chicken.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Ensure the grated cucumber is squeezed thoroughly to prevent the sauce from becoming too watery during baking.
