  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup 80ml
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 40g
  • 1/3 cup raw almonds chopped, 45g
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 15g
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 5ml

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, creamy almond butter, honey, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir the mixture thoroughly until well combined and sticky.
  3. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut if desired.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
