  • 2 cans sliced peaches in juice 800g total
  • 1 box yellow cake mix 450g
  • 1 cup unsalted butter sliced, 225g
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 5g

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
  2. Pour the cans of peaches into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the layer of peaches.
  4. Arrange thin slices of butter evenly over the top of the cake mix.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the top.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
