  • 1 tsp kosher salt 5g

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts completely dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the chicken evenly with olive oil and season both sides with salt.
  4. Place the chicken on a rimmed baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165F (74C).
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 to 7 minutes before slicing.
