Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
- Spread the cooked sushi rice evenly into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sriracha.
- Spread the salmon mixture evenly over the layer of rice.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the top is slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven, top with shredded nori, and serve warm.

Ensure the salmon is fully cooked before mixing. Serve with extra soy sauce if desired.
