  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice 400g
  • 1 lb salmon fillet cooked and flaked, 450g
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise 120g
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce 30ml
  • 1 tbsp sriracha 15ml
  • 2 sheets nori shredded, 5g

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Spread the cooked sushi rice evenly into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sriracha.
  4. Spread the salmon mixture evenly over the layer of rice.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the top is slightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven, top with shredded nori, and serve warm.

Notes

Ensure the salmon is fully cooked before mixing. Serve with extra soy sauce if desired.
