Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley in a large bowl.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until well combined.
  4. Let the salad sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled or at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
