- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 12 even-sized meatballs.
- Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the meatballs and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius). Serve warm.
Notes
Ensure the grated zucchini is squeezed very dry to prevent the meatballs from becoming too wet and falling apart.
