  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
Dressing
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and thoroughly dry all vegetables.
